School Fencing
School fencing is designed for educational facilities and public spaces where controlled access, visibility and user safety are required.
The system is hot-dip galvanised and has a free fence height of 1700 mm.
Technical Configuration
Each fencing section consists of:
- Fencing panels with a frame made from 50 × 50 × 3 mm rectangular hollow sections (RHS)
- Interpenetrated grating infill with vertical 30/5 mm bearing bars
- Pitch (axial mesh): 55 × 132 mm
- Ø6 horizontal straight cross bars
- Upper and lower side bars: 30 × 10 mm
- Panel dimensions: 1500 × 1840 mm
- Posts installed at 1920 mm centres, made from 80 × 80 × 3 mm RHS with cap
- Post height: 1700 mm
- Base plate: 150 × 150 × 8 mm
- M8 × 90 metal expansion anchors, 4 per post
The grating panels and posts are hot-dip galvanised in accordance with ISO 1461.
