MAK GRATINGS fences are available in the standard length (axial) of 2000 mm, in various Heights and meshes, with standard bearing bars 25/2 or 25/3 mm, various types of posts (flat bar 8 mm or IPN) for screwing of anchoring, hot-dip galvanized acc. to DIN 1461 or galvanized and color coated in RAL colors.

Fences from Interpenetrated Gratings

Are manufactured with longitudinal flat bars and straight round cross bars, without welding or pressing, but by penetrating the cross bars into the pre-shaped holes in the middle of the longitudinal flat bars and in specific distances between themselves, forming square or rectangular meshes.

This production method is more flexible regarding the range of manufactured fences.

The interpenetrated fences are most appropriated for orders with many different final dimensions.

Fences from Press-locked Gratings

Press-locked gratings are manufactured with specially notched bearing bars and cross bars inserted in the special notch with high pressure in specific distances between each other, forming appropriate square or rectangular meshes.

This production method secures a fast, affordable and qualitative production of gratings, without welding the intersections.

Fences from Forge-welded Gratings

These gratings are produced with longitudinal flat bars and straight cross bars with the method of electro-fusion welding. This means that the cross bars are welded autogenously and are inserted into the bearing bars in specific distances between themselves, forming square meshes.

We can produce spacing 50, 60 and 68 mm for fences.

Nowadays, safety of various installations is imperative more than ever. MAK GRATINGS understanding the need to intensify the safety conditions concerning fences of all kinds of installations and depending on the danger degree and the area, studied and developed a range of new products for this reason and in addition to the above, the fences are also available with:

- Standard anti-theft stainless steel bolts (see connection and fixing materia).

- Narrow or very narrow mesh to prevent climbing and passing over of objects.

- Big height > 2 meters, double fences with reinforced posts.

-With welded spiked flat bars on the upper part (on every vertical bar or every second one).

- With welded jagged edges on the upper part.

- With barbed wire (2-3 or even more rows) and suitable posts.

- With concertina and suitable posts.

- With supporting structure
